Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup finely chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup real butter, melted
  • 1 ¼ cups sugar
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 5 OHIO eggs
  • ½ cup Key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Key limes, cut into quarters
  • Mint leaves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Combine crumbs, nuts, melted butter and ¾ cup sugar; press firmly on bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake 8 minutes. Cool.
  4. In large bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining 1 cup sugar until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream, flour and eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Stir in lime juice and vanilla; mix well.
  7. Pour over crust. Reduce oven temperature to 325°.
  8. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool.
  9. Chill 4 hours.
  10. Garnish with limes and mint leaves.
